Widows Cooperative
The Kiswa Community Widows Cooperative seeks to help the vulnerable to help themselves by meeting twice weekly to teach one another marketable skills, pooling resources to develop profitable markets and also providing an adult education programme of basic numeracy, literacy and primary healthcare.

Using local resources such as banana fibre and palm leaves, as well as recycled paper, plastic packaging strips and bottle tops, micro-finance is provided for appropriate products like jewellery, mats, bags, coasters, rugs, blankets and clothing.
